Perfect location. Very good value for money. Very amicable stuff/owner. Could be a little noisy as there is an Irish bar and couple of bars right next to it which is perfect for starting your night.
Could be noisy.

Thw location and the personal is nice, cheapest in cannes
U can hardly name it as a hotel, its a very small residential building, with a smal elevator and dark corridors, u haveto light them in every corner the bathroom is ok, but the room looks ugly in general, but if ur just looking for a night to stay, and spend most of the time outside, its fine then

The hotel staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. They were involved in every aspect of my stay, ensuring that I was well taken care of. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with an easy walk to the beach and train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds that provided a good night's sleep.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel in Cannes! The owner was extremely friendly and helpfull, the room was quite small but with a nice balcony and very clean. Great place - just 1 minute to the very center of the Rue d' Antibes and 3 minutes walk to either beach and Croissette or railway station. The hotel will be good for young people - a little noisy at night on the street but lots of pubs and bars around - great for nightlife loves.

That it was very close to the festival!
There was confusion over our room booking and when we'd thought that'd we'd discussed booking an additional night on our stay, the owner hadn't booked it in. Then on what we thought was our 2nd last morning of our stay we were confronted by a quite rude hotel owner basically giving us ten minutes to get out. This totally threw our holiday out of whack and we ended up moving on from Cannes, which was not our preferred option!

I stayed at a hotel in Cannes recently and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach. Not only that, but there was a vibrant market and a grocery shop right next to the hotel, which made it convenient for me to get fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood. The hotel owner, Regis, was extremely helpful and gave me excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Within a five-minute walk, I found lovely cafes where I could enjoy a typical French breakfast. The modern rooms had huge LCD TVs, and the customer service was outstanding. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming and helpful people at reception. My room was small but had everything I needed and a nice, big window. The stairways and hallways were covered with framed posters of the Cannes film festival. So close to shopping, cafes, train station, beach.

though the room was small it had air conditioning (very important in the hot summers in cannes) it was quiet enough even though lots of pubs around staff was very freindly
location may not be the best but train station was close by and also parking a found the price a bit high for what it offered but then again it's cannes we're talking about

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our romantic escape. We loved the free Wi-Fi and international TV channels that we could enjoy after a long day exploring the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk distance to the beach.
We did not have a good experience with the housekeeping. We found it unacceptable that the cleaning service was only available from 9am to 11am, and if we were not out of the room by then, it was not cleaned.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the supermarket and just a short walk from the French Riviera. The rooms were in okay condition with comfortable, good-sized beds and even had a small balcony. The breakfast provided was satisfying and a great start to the day.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Excellent location (market, supermarket, shops, pubs are near; beach is 10 min walk), value for money, extremely friendly staff!
There was no hair dryer in the room. Had to ask staff. However there was a bidet in the bathroom!

After 12 pm, there isn't much to enjoy in the communal areas as they are closed. However, the hotel's location is perfect for those planning to go to the beach or enjoy shopping in the town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options are limited, and some guests complain that they were not impressed with the food quality.

The staff were unbelievably helpful and made our trip mind-blowing! They provided the best guidance and advice, ensuring our stay was super enjoyable. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and a supermarket nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a flat-screen TV with CNN. The wifi worked well, and the owner was friendly. Great value for money!
